You can reserve our facility in one of two ways. If you use one of our food and beverage plans and meet the minimum food and beverage requirements as listed below, there is no additional facility charge. however, if you prefer to use your own food and beverage caterer or don't plan on service food to your guests, you can just pay the facility rental fee as below.

$500 Facility Rental or $500 Food and Beverage Minimum

Brunch: 9am - 1pm
Saturday - Sunday
$500 Facility Rental or $700 Food and Beverage Minimum

$500 Facility Rental or $1,000 Food and Beverage Minimum

Room rental prices are for groups that do not require Food and Beverage service. We do not allow food, beverages or alcohol to be brought into the facility.

Room rentals includes tables, chairs, clean up before and after event. Renter will need to provide linens, glassware, & serving equipment.

If you meet the required Food an Drink minimum, no room rental will be charged.
