BANQUET GUARANTEE POLICY

Bacchanalia must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function by 12:00 noon, two business days prior to your events (48 hours in advance). This number will be considered the Guarantee, and may not be reduced after this time. Bacchanalia will set up and prepare for 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. The guaranteed number is the established minimum number for billing purposes on all functions.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The Kansas State Division of Alcohol governs Bacchanalia’s dispensing of Alcoholic Beverages. Bacchanalia does not permit alcoholic beverages to be brought onto Bacchanalia property from any outside source.
